"Don't let your heart rule your head." I heard these words from both my parents many times, but they went unheeded. It was my heart that drew me into a world of art and horses. Each new piece is a passionate affair and every horse my true love. It is feeling that brings an artist's work to life. I am so fortunate to spend my time doing what I love to do and it is my deepest desire to share these feelings and the resulting creations with other riders and horse lovers. I am grateful for the training I received at Boston University School of Fine Arts, as well as the tutelage and guidance of many fine artists with whom I have studied. An artist's feelings, visions, and ideas can not be manifested without the tools of expression. My home, studio, office, and horse are all at the same location so if you call and get my voice mail I am probably riding and really will call you right back. |
